Our progress
The purpose of the educational program is aimed at training highly qualified specialists with various competencies required for the railway industry. Priority areas of the educational process of the college:
- training of professional personnel that meet the requirements of the demand for the labor market in continuous development in terms of qualifications;
- improving the quality of knowledge of college consumers;
- increasing the prestige of professions; - the systematic formation of an active civic position, social responsibility, a sense of patriotism, high moral qualities, and leadership qualities among young people;
- formation of professional potential of students;
- full satisfaction of the spiritual, moral and cultural, intellectual needs of students;
- analysis of domestic and foreign experience in contact with each other, achievement of good results in the course of implementation.
An educational program based on a competent approach is developed taking into account the concept of lifelong learning, since the content of educational programs, on the one hand, is aimed at the formation of highly qualified specialists who are able to adapt to changing conditions in the workplace, on the other hand, at professional growth and continuing education.
This approach to learning allows each student to create a sense of success, which is created by the organization of the learning process, including teaching the student to manage their knowledge and improve their knowledge, and later their professional and career growth. Thus, the consumer will be satisfied with knowledge, he can improve it throughout his life, be responsible for changes in the labor market.
The college today trains specialists in demanded specialties. Today, the railway industry is an important component of the industrial infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the educational program in the specialty 07221400 - "Furniture production" is to provide qualified personnel in the specialty and training in accordance with the development of the regional economy. Thus, the educational program (EP) in the specialty 07221400 - "Furniture production", taking into account the interests of all parties, can use the following basic and professional competencies:
- effective use of technical means; - own methods of work on woodworking machines, hand tools;
- assembly of wooden structures, parts;
- work with an electrified hand saw;
- sherhebel, misprints, planing with a jointer;
- drilling, chisel work;
- trimming the key, sealing the defect, gluing wood;
- determination of ways to repair them;
- manual processing of wood;
- work with sawing, jointing, thicknessing, milling, grinding, sharp machines.
The college organizes the organization of the educational process (including practice), the necessary educational and methodological literature, engineering and teaching staff, modern material and technical base. The college exercises general control over the implementation of educational programs.
The transparency of the goals of the educational program is reflected in interaction with employers and is involved in determining their professional competence of graduates, determining the list and content of disciplines, and providing a basis for conducting practical classes. Achievement of testing objectives in the field of quality has a positive effect on:
- quality;
- efficiency and financial indicators of educational services;
- satisfaction and reliability of interested parties.
